On October 2nd 2018, York University’s faculty of Environmental Studies hosted an art exhibition “the question of home: student housing through images and stories”. The art exhibit featured photo essays by undergraduate students in the course ENVS 4223 Global Cites and photography by Chan Arun-Pina. The photo essays were curated by Chan Arun-Pina with Luisa Sotomayor and Lisa Myers. Some of the themes that the artwork spoke to included multiplicity of home, inter-connections, incomplete homes and boundaries as spatial.
